Hi All, using both as the source of the music in the laptop, can anyone actually differentiate between 320 KBps MP3 and normal audio. Forum discussion: Take a test, and see if you are able to tell the quality difference between 128kbps and 320kbps. In short: 128 kbps MP3 files will be smaller in size, remove more of the higher frequencies (>16 kHz) and have slightly more audible compression artifacts. A while ago, I decided to switch to MP3 music instead of CD's, so I painstakingly ripped all my CD's (500+) onto my computer. It's much easier finding albums.
